NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ANNEXATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT: The City Council of the City of Caddo Mills, Texas, will hold two (2) public hearings, on October 13, 2015, at 6:00 p.m., and October 14, 2015, at 6:00 p.m., at the Caddo Mills City Hall, located at 2313 Main Street, Caddo Mills, Texas 75135, giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the following proposed annexation by the City of Caddo Mills, Texas. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice. A map and detailed information on the property proposed for annexation is available at the City Hall of the City of Caddo Mills. The City of Caddo Mills, Texas, proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following separate territory, to wit: Hunt CAD Property ID 23751, located at 2852 W. I-30 and being a 2.359 acre tract of land situated in the William R. Duvall Survey, Abstract No. 254, Tract M500, as described in a Special Warranty Deed from Sprint 24, L.C. to Victron Stores, L.P., as recorded in Volume 1559, Page 433 of the Real Property Records of Hunt County, Texas; and all of the right-of-way of I-30 adjacent to the previously described property; and being more particularly described in Resolution No. 090815-1 of the City of Caddo Mills, Texas.
