156 - Oct. 25, 2015 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE VILLAGE OF WESTVILLE, ILLINOIS (VACANCY) Pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-91-1, a Public Hearing concerning the vacation of one (1) alley in the Village of Westville, running east and west between South State Street-behind CVS Pharmacy-and South West Street will be held on November 12, 2015, at 7p.m., in the Village Hall of Westville, Illinois, 201 N. State St., Westville, IL 61883. Any and all interested persons shall be heard concerning the proposal for vacation of the alley. A specific legal description of the alley to be vacated is posted in the public area of the Westville Village Hall and are available for public inspection during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
