Permissive Referendum: Laurens Board of Fire Commissioners voted on - July 8, 2015 to declare the 1987 Ford Tanker as a surplus and to sell it. The determined value of the tanker has been determined to be in access of $10,000. In accordance with the State Comptroller's office the Board of Fire Commissioners are providing time for petition for or against the aforementioned resolution.
