Invitation to Bid The Caddo Mills Independent School District will receive proposals for Additions and Renovations to the High School Field House and Middle School Buildings. Proposals will be received at the office of the Construction Manager by mail, delivery, or facsimile until 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 14, 2016. The closing time will be strictly enforced. Immediately thereafter, all proposals will be opened privately and will be taken under advisement.
